These terms are an agreement between you and 13469425 Canada Inc. ("Sawari", "we"). Part A applies to everyone who uses sawari.ca. Part B also applies to driving instructors who join the Sawari Network. By using the site or applying for membership you accept the parts that apply to you.
Sawari is an introduction service. We publish profiles of licensed female driving instructors, and when you ask to contact one we pass your request to her. Using Sawari is free for students. Sawari Driving School, a driving school affiliated with some instructors listed on the site, is operated by 13469425 Canada Inc..
Sawari does not provide driving instruction and is not a party to any arrangement between you and an instructor. Each instructor and her affiliated driving school set their own prices, schedule their own lessons, collect payment directly from you, and are responsible for the quality and legality of the instruction, including licensing, vehicle insurance and safety. We check instructors’ stated licence details and school affiliation at application and may request documents, but we do not supervise lessons and cannot guarantee any instructor’s availability, conduct or results.
Give accurate contact details and only submit requests on your own behalf or for someone who has asked you to. Do not use the site to send spam, scrape instructor details, harass anyone, or attempt to bypass its security. We may refuse or remove requests that appear fraudulent or abusive.
If you leave a rating or comment, it must be honest and based on your own experience. You give Sawari a perpetual, royalty-free licence to store and use it for quality monitoring, complaint handling and, if we later introduce public ratings, to display it in aggregate or in moderated form. We may decline to publish, or remove, any comment that contains abuse, personal information, spam, irrelevant content or legal risk. We do not remove legitimate feedback because it is negative.
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Sawari is not liable for any loss arising from your dealings with an instructor or her school, from an instructor’s unavailability, or from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Ontario law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be brought in the courts of Ontario.
To join you must be a woman who holds a current driving instructor licence in the province where you teach, be affiliated with a licensed driving school where the province requires it, and keep the insurance and endorsements the law requires for any vehicle you use for instruction. By applying you confirm that everything in your application is accurate, that you will keep your licences and insurance current, that you will tell Sawari within 7 days of any change that affects your eligibility, and that Sawari may ask for supporting documents at any time.
Membership does not create an employment, agency, partnership or franchise relationship. You control your pricing, scheduling and how you deliver lessons. You collect payment from students directly. Sawari does not take a commission, charge per enquiry, process your lesson payments, or ask what you earn. You are responsible for your own taxes, permits and compliance.
Membership is $25 per month or $250 per year, plus applicable taxes, billed by Stripe to the card you provide after your application is approved. Membership renews automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. If a payment fails we will retry it and notify you. Your profile may be hidden if payment remains unresolved after a 7-day grace period, and restored when it is settled. Sawari may change membership prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.
You may cancel at any time through the billing portal link we email you. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and your profile is hidden from then. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires or where Sawari has removed your profile under B5 for a reason other than your ineligibility or breach, in which case we refund the unused portion.
Sawari may hide your profile and stop sending enquiries immediately if your licence or insurance lapses, if you fail to provide requested documents, if we receive a credible complaint about safety or conduct, or if you breach these terms. We will tell you why and what is needed to be reinstated. While your profile is suspended for these reasons we will pause future billing, and we will not charge for a profile we have disabled. Sawari may also end membership on 30 days’ notice for any reason, with a refund of the unused portion.
Student details we send you are provided for the purpose of responding to that student’s request. Use them only for that, keep them secure, and do not add students to marketing lists or share their details without their consent. Please respond to enquiries promptly. We may email you a short follow-up about each enquiry; answering helps us send you better-matched requests. We never ask what you charged.
You grant Sawari a licence to display your name, photo, bio and service details on the site and in Sawari materials while you are a member. Profiles are reviewed before publishing and Sawari may edit for accuracy, length or tone, or decline content that is misleading. You must not claim credentials, insurance or results you do not have. Sensitive credential details such as licence numbers are never shown publicly.
Sawari does not guarantee any number of enquiries, students, bookings or income. Enquiries depend on student demand in your area, which varies.
We may update these terms. We will email members at least 30 days before material changes take effect. If you do not agree, you may cancel before they apply. Continued membership after that date means you accept the updated terms. The version you accepted is recorded with your application.
